Jenny Jinya, known for her poignant and emotionally charged comics, has once again touched the hearts of her fans with her latest story about a freezing dog. In her signature style, Jinya addresses serious issues through beautifully illustrated narratives that evoke both empathy and sorrow. This time, the focus is on a neglected dog left out in the cold, a powerful reminder of the harsh realities that many animals face.
The comic tells the story of the dog’s lonely, heartbreaking struggle to survive in freezing temperatures, capturing the animal’s confusion and pain in a way that’s both tender and heart-wrenching. With her simple yet striking illustrations, Jinya manages to convey deep emotion without needing many words, leaving readers feeling the weight of the dog’s isolation.
As with her previous works, this comic is not just about sadness—it’s a call to action. Through the tragic story, Jinya raises awareness about the importance of responsible pet ownership and the need for kindness towards animals, especially during harsh weather conditions. Her comics remind us of the silent suffering that so many animals endure and the role humans play in preventing such needless pain.
Prepare to be moved as Jinya’s latest piece pulls at your heartstrings, reminding us all of the power of compassion and the responsibility we have to care for those who cannot speak for themselves. It’s a touching and tear-jerking story that will leave you reflecting long after you’ve read it.

It bothers me that there are still people who believe that their dog can handle everything as if he had a wild wolf in his garden. But our dogs are domesticated, they have adapted to our circumstances. Most breeds of dogs do not tolerate cold (except northern breeds). Finally, I have developed an idea for a story that I can build around the problem.
Comparing her latest strip to the one that started it all, Jenny agrees that they are similar in a way. For the last year, I had the feeling that I had drifted away from the ‘roots of my comics.’ That is not necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes I had the impression that I had forgotten why I started Loving Reaper.” She explained. I have lost some of my motivation and inspiration. I tried to get it back with this comic.
The creator also shared the great news with us: most of her stories will soon be published in a hardcover book. It will even have some never-before-seen comics and a few more surprises. Pre-orders start this August, so keep your eyes open. Jenny Jinya will soon announce more details on her website and her social media accounts.
people know all too well what the comic is about.
